Safalta Services is looking for a talented Junior - Mid Software Developer for a reputable Japan-based organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, well-structured code, ensuring technical specifications are met, and implementing comprehensive unit tests. Key duties include documenting code, troubleshooting and upgrading existing systems, and participating in architectural planning for various software features and optimizations. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to other developers within the team.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or Vue.js.
Proficiency in backend technologies: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, or Go.
Knowledge of Docker, AWS and Database management systems is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
Experience in the design and implementation of modern user interfaces.
Proven ability to write well-structured and efficient code with unit tests.
Capability to conduct comprehensive testing and review code prior to peer submission.
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software applications.
