The Project Coordinator role focuses on Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and various electrical works within India. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical requirements, assessing project feasibility, and outlining timescales, costs, and resources needed for delivery. This role involves maintaining strict health and safety standards while ensuring compliance with the National Grid and other regulatory bodies. The position is primarily based at the Vadodara office but requires extensive flexibility for Pan India site visits to ensure each stage of the project happens on time and to a high standard. Candidates must possess at least 5 to 6 years of experience in the same field and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Key tasks include negotiating with contractors, liaising with staff at all levels, and overseeing multiple project facets simultaneously to ensure they remain on budget. The monthly salary for this full-time position ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹80,000. Fluency in English, solid computer knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. The job involves sharing regular progress reports with management and resolving any site delays or technical issues efficiently.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Solar EPC or Electrical project management.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or management field.
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in project management software.
Exceptional decision-making power and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to travel for Pan India site visits as required.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and according to project circumstances.
