S Creative Soft is looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in US staffing, specifically focusing on marketing bench candidates and placing them with prime vendors and implementation partners. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from sourcing requirements to negotiating rates and closing deals.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Bench Sales recruitment.
Deep knowledge of US staffing and employment tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
Strong network of Prime Vendors and Tier-1 vendors.
Proven track record of placing candidates on Bench.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to source requirements from job portals like Dice and Monster.
Experience with various visa types including H1B, GC, and USC.
Ability to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly goals.
