We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Safety Manager for our prestigious high-rise building project located in Malad. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all safety operations on-site, ensuring that every phase of construction adheres to strict safety protocols and legal regulations. This role involves conducting frequent site inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to maintain a zero-accident environment.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in construction safety with a specific focus on high-rise structures. You will be expected to lead safety training programs, manage safety documentation, and coordinate with project managers to integrate safety measures into the workflow. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of safety among all workers and stakeholders at the Malad project site.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in highrise building construction safety.
Mandatory Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) qualification.
Proficiency in conducting regular site safety audits and inspections.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols on-site.
Experience in managing safety for large-scale residential or commercial projects.
Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and safety regulations in India.
Strong leadership skills to oversee and guide site safety personnel.
Capability to conduct safety induction and training for laborers and staff.
Skill in investigating site incidents and performing root cause analysis.
Advanced documentation skills for maintaining safety records and compliance files.
