We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Pasig, Philippines. This critical onsite role requires specialized expertise in Healthcare Billing to oversee daily operations, ensure team productivity, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing staff performance, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the overall success of the billing department.
Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, handling escalated issues related to medical coding and billing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Healthcare Billing or Medical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Strong knowledge of medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Must be available to work onsite in Pasig, Philippines, with immediate availability (START ASAP).
