QAQC MECHANICAL MANAGER @ RSA TANURA PROJECT (HYCC)
RSA TANURA PROJECT (HYCC) is seeking a highly experienced QAQC Mechanical Manager to oversee quality operations at our project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical installations and processes meet the required industry standards and client specifications. This role is pivotal for the RSA Tanura Project, specifically within the scope of wastewater treatment plant developments, requiring a professional with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. The manager will independently develop comprehensive Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP), managing client relationships and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, including Aramco standards. Key duties include supervising on-site tasks, performing rigorous inspections, and leading the quality control team to maintain excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates are expected to be fluent in English and possess a solid background in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in QAQC mechanical
Experience in wastewater treatment plants preferred
Understanding of quality control points for core wastewater treatment machinery
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian compliance certifications such as Aramco
Ability to independently develop project quality plans (PQP)
Ability to develop inspection and testing plans (ITP)
Ability to handle on-site tasks effectively and independently
Strong management skills to lead a quality control team
Fluent in English for professional communication and reporting
Relevant educational background in mechanical engineering or a related field
