Royalstek is seeking a motivated and high-energy Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. In this onsite role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, you will be responsible for penetrating the US market by conducting outbound calls to US-based businesses. Your primary objective is to pitch our comprehensive digital solutions, including web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing services, to generate quality B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to final closing and account management.

This position is a night shift role designed to align with US business hours, offering a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 100,000 plus performance-based incentives. Successful candidates will enjoy a structured training program, continuous professional support, and a clear path toward leadership opportunities within the company. With weekends off on Saturday and Sunday, this role provides a structured environment for those looking to excel in international sales and global market expansion.

Key Requirements

Fluent and confident English communication skills for professional interaction. Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or cold calling environments. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling to the US market specifically. Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet monthly sales targets. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a consistent work ethic. Availability to work onsite during night shifts in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Ability to effectively pitch web, app, and digital marketing solutions. Capability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Resilience and persistence in handling objections during cold calls. Proficiency in basic CRM tools and lead management software. Excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and pain points. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented sales environment.
