Ross Warner Hr Solution is seeking an experienced Category Manager – Head to lead category growth and marketing strategy for FMCG Foods and Non-Foods products in Uganda. This leadership role involves driving the overall category strategy, ensuring market expansion, and managing the strategic direction of various product lines to meet company objectives. The position is based in Uganda and requires a high level of strategic thinking and market analysis. Salary: USD $2,000 – $2,200 per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive Trade Marketing initiatives to drive sales volume and market share. This includes managing ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels. Key Requirements
12–15 years of total professional experience
MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution
Proven experience in lead overall category strategy and growth
Expertise in FMCG Foods and Non-Foods sectors
Ability to plan and execute Trade Marketing initiatives
Experience managing ATL (Above the Line) campaigns
Experience managing BTL (Below the Line) campaigns
Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy and execution
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan FMCG market
Strategic mindset for driving category growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
