QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CONSTRUCTION SITE) @ ROSHANI THEBCDGLOBAL
The Quantity Surveyor position is an urgent full-time remote role for a Dubai-based project. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage project costs effectively, ensuring that all works are completed within the approved budget and contractual terms. The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with preparing and verifying quantities, handling contractor billing, and monitoring site progress. This role requires a professional who can work 6 days a week in strict alignment with Dubai’s business hours. Offered Salary: CTC 120k to 135k.
Ideal candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and possess at least 8 to 10 years of experience in construction projects. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software is essential, along with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English. Candidates are required to have their own laptop and must be flexible with shift schedules as per project requirements. The role involves preparing BOQs, conducting site measurements, evaluating variation orders, and coordinating closely with project managers and site engineers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
