ROJGAR WITH ANKIT (RWA) is urgently seeking passionate and experienced CHAMPION TEACHERS to join our faculty for the Bihar Board Class 10th division. We are looking for subject matter experts in Science, Mathematics, and Social Science (SST) who can deliver high-quality online education to students across Bihar. This is a unique opportunity for educators who are either based in Bihar or are from Bihar to contribute significantly to the academic success of students through our rapidly growing EdTech platform.
Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting online classes using digital boards, ensuring that complex concepts are simplified for students in the Hindi medium. Key Requirements
Must be based in Bihar or originally from the state of Bihar.
Proven experience teaching the Bihar Board 09th and 10th-grade curriculum.
Demonstrated proficiency in teaching via Online Digital Board technology.
Must be comfortable and fluent in teaching using Hindi Medium instruction.
Ability to simplify complex topics in Science, Maths, or Social Studies (SST).
Willingness to produce a high-quality digital board demo video for recruitment.
Deep understanding of the specific examination patterns of the Bihar Board.
Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for an online student audience.
Capability to work effectively in a high-growth EdTech environment.
Strong pedagogical skills to engage students in a virtual classroom setting.
