Key Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in estimation engineering
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in advanced estimation software and MS Excel
Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Expertise in preparing technical and commercial tender documents
In-depth knowledge of local market prices for materials and labor
Proven experience in risk assessment and cost mitigation strategies
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
Ability to lead and mentor junior estimation staff
