The position offers an annual salary of ₹5.4 LPA, which is approximately ₹45,000 per month, alongside attractive flat incentives and various statutory benefits like PF and Gratuity. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or diamond sales
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close high-value deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management
In-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamond technology and trends
Ability to meet performance goals and contribute to team success
Professional grooming and high standards of personal presentation
Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
Proactive approach to customer engagement and lead generation
