Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and HR practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards learning.
