The hiring company, RHTechSoft, is seeking a dynamic and technically strong professional to fill the role of Mobile Van Technical Head. This crucial position is dedicated to driving brand presence and effectively promoting TMT Steel products throughout the region of Karnataka via an innovative mobile van campaign. The successful candidate will be the face of the brand, responsible for conducting high-impact promotional activities, including extensive outstation travel, organizing influencer meetings, and hosting live product demonstrations. This role is highly focused on technical education, requiring the ability to inform and train contractors, engineers, and dealers on steel grades and various applications to strengthen brand visibility and generate substantial business leads.The compensation package includes a base salary (CTC) of
35,000 per month, supplemented by performance-based incentives of up to
40,000 per month, reflecting the importance of achieving set business and promotional goals.
Key responsibilities for this role involve ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the promotional van while mastering the technical aspects of TMT bars for effective presentation. The role demands strong leadership and coordination skills to manage team activities and promotional calendars across Karnataka.

Key Requirements
Fluent communication in Kannada (Mandatory).
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
Leadership and team coordination ability.
Technical knowledge of cement, steel/iron, paint, or construction materials (Preferred).
Experience in sales/marketing in the construction industry (Preferred).
Experience in conducting promotional activities/events (Preferred).
Ability to conduct technical demonstrations of TMT bars.
Skill in educating contractors and engineers about steel grades and applications.
Ability to ensure smooth coordination and maintenance of the promotional van.
