UI/UX DESIGNER @ REVIVE THE WORLD
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team in building a high-impact climate action platform. In this role, you will go beyond just designing screens; you will be responsible for creating emotion-driven user experiences that motivate real-world environmental action. You will work on various innovative features including XR and map-based interfaces, social feed components, and gamified microtasks designed to reward user impact. The project involves designing complex elements such as tree planting trackers, environmental statistics dashboards for CO2, and viral, shareable moments within the mobile application.

Key Requirements
Demonstrate strong UI/UX fundamentals including hierarchy, spacing, and typography.
Ability to design premium, modern interfaces without using cluttered templates.
Deep understanding of user psychology and emotional design to create high-impact experiences.
Proven experience with mobile app design, specifically using Figma as a primary tool.
Familiarity or interest in XR (Extended Reality) and map-based interface design.
Experience in designing for gamified systems, social apps, or viral shareable components.
Ability to create intuitive impact dashboards for environmental statistics like CO2 tracking.
Capability to design tree planting and tracking user journeys within a digital ecosystem.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in mobile and web product design.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment directly with the founder for rapid execution.
