Reventum is seeking an experienced W2 US IT Recruiter to join their team onsite in Madhapur, Hyderabad (India).
This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field, specifically handling W2 requirements. The successful candidate must be prepared to work the Night Shift (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM IST). Please note that no cab facility will be provided. The core function involves executing the full life-cycle recruiting process, which includes understanding complex technical requirements, sourcing, evaluating candidates, negotiating terms and rates, preparing submission documents, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful candidate closing and follow-up. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with major job boards and possess strong hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements
1 – 3 years of professional experience as a US IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
Demonstrated strong experience working exclusively on W2 staffing requirements.
Ability to swiftly understand the technical requirements and needs of IT roles.
Proven expertise in the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and evaluations to negotiation and closing candidates.
Proficiency and strong hands-on experience utilizing major Job Boards (Monster, Tec fetch, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn) for effective sourcing.
Strong knowledge of technical hiring, sourcing, and candidate screening methodologies.
Familiarity with US work visas and staffing structures (W2, C2C, 1099) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to work the Night Shift (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM IST) onsite in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Experience preparing and managing submission documents and coordinating interview logistics.
