As a key member of the back-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchenware and dining utensils are properly sanitized and ready for use. Key Requirements
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils effectively.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the culinary team.
Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures according to company policy.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
Assist in setting up banquet or dining room arrangements for events.
Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and other cleaning machinery.
Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to maintain workflow.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
