Renegade Group, LLC is actively seeking a sharp and detail-driven Ticket Coder and Administrative Support professional to join our Midland, TX team. This critical role involves performing high-level quality control on vendor tickets to ensure absolute accuracy before they enter our financial systems. You will be responsible for coding, routing, and tracking tickets through the approval process, working directly with field personnel to ensure that invoice processing remains seamless and efficient. The position requires maintaining a fast turnaround time of less than five days for ticket first-touches, ensuring that operations flow smoothly in our high-volume, fast-paced office environment.

As a key member of the Permian Basin operations team, you will act as the heart of the office, keeping revenue moving and ensuring that vendors are paid on time while supporting our field teams. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who thrives under pressure and is ready to grow within the dynamic energy sector. By managing the flow of documentation and approvals, you will directly impact the success of our oil and gas operations. Possible work locations mentioned include Midland and Odessa, Texas, within the Permian Basin region.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in Oil & Gas operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with OpenTicket software applications. Familiarity with OpenInvoice software applications. Strong attention to detail for performing quality control on vendor tickets. Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment. Proven ability to code, route, and track tickets for internal approvals. Strong communication skills for interacting with field personnel. Ability to maintain a less than 5-day turnaround on ticket first-touch. Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of paperwork. General administrative experience within a corporate or industrial setting.
