Renegade Group is seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter to join their client's headquarters in Midland. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle across various open roles, primarily focusing on Field Operations. This position requires partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify specific hiring needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage the extension of offers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools to ensure a steady pipeline of talent. Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr. DOE.

Key duties include creating and managing job requisitions within the Workday ATS, conducting initial phone interviews, and providing a top-tier candidate experience through timely and transparent communication. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs and community activities. This is a full-time opportunity located in Midland, focusing on the oilfield sector.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or another related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or related professional experience. Familiarity with ATS platforms, specifically Workday, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet staffing deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Understanding of Oilfield terminology and industry-specific hiring requirements. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred for candidate communication. Must have valid work authorization as the client is not sponsoring employment visas. Prior experience in field operations recruiting or high-volume staffing environments.
