The associate must interact with guests in a polite and professional manner while maintaining a vigilant presence. Key Requirements
Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement.
Ability to operate and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems.
Strong understanding of fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Excellent physical fitness for patrolling large resort grounds.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to write clear and concise incident reports.
Strong verbal communication skills for guest interaction.
Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Ability to work various shifts, including overnight and holidays.
Sound judgment and the ability to make quick decisions in emergencies.
