The Internship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at Renaissance Goa Hotel offers students and recent graduates a comprehensive introduction to the hospitality industry. Interns are placed across all departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Culinary, to gain practical, hands-on experience. Key Requirements
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a hospitality/hotel management program.
Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hotel policies.
Willingness to work in various departments as assigned.
