The Guest Service Associate (GSA) for the Front Office is responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient service to all guests. This role focuses on the daily operations of the front desk, including handling guest registrations, room assignments, and providing information about the hotel's amenities. The GSA is the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable during their stay.

Candidates must be energetic and dedicated to delivering the high standards of service associated with the Renaissance and Marriott brands. The role involves handling financial transactions, managing the switchboard, and assisting with concierge-related duties. Working in the beautiful region of Goa, the associate will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of international and domestic travelers.

Key Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Effective communication skills to interact with diverse guests. Physical stamina to stand for long periods during shifts. Attention to detail in maintaining guest records and transactions. Willingness to follow all hotel safety and security protocols. Punctuality and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively within a large team environment.
