Primary responsibilities include monitoring field investigations, executing raids and seizure operations in coordination with law enforcement agencies, and analyzing market trends. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Indian IP laws and demonstrate the ability to manage field operations independently. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication and operational success.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law (highly advantageous).
3-5 years of hands-on experience in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting.
Proven experience monitoring field investigations.
Ability to undertake raids, search, and seizure operations.
Experience in coordination with law enforcement agencies.
Deep familiarity with relevant Indian Intellectual Property laws.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze trends from market intelligence.
Capacity to handle field operations independently without direct supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for field coordination.
