REM Real Estate Broker is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Recruiter to join their team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves sourcing, engaging, and placing talented professionals within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of driving recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth of a supportive, multicultural brokerage environment. The fixed salary offered for this position ranges from AED 7,000 to AED 9,000, in addition to attractive commission and incentive structure.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Preference is given to Hindi or Filipino female candidates who possess prior experience in real estate recruitment, telesales recruitment, or general real estate experience.
