As a trusted BPO partner specializing in MLTC support and customer service solutions, the company operates on New York business hours, requiring candidates to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and maintaining data security through regular backups. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA from a recognized university.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Bangladesh Local Time).
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Ability to prioritize and plan workloads efficiently to meet team goals and deadlines.
