Rebornpay is currently looking for Ewallet Agents to support our growing operations specifically in the Indian market. This is a crucial role within our fintech infrastructure, requiring individuals who are dedicated to managing digital transactions and ensuring seamless payment experiences for our users. As an agent, you will be the primary point of contact for transaction processing and customer inquiries regarding our e-wallet services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transaction flows, performing routine KYC checks, and maintaining detailed records of all payment activities. You will work to identify and mitigate potential risks while providing top-tier support to our growing user base in India. Key Requirements
Proven experience in managing digital wallet or e-payment transactions
Deep understanding of the Indian payment landscape and UPI systems
Ability to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML compliance checks
Excellent communication skills in both English and local Indian languages
Proficiency in using mobile payment applications and backend tools
Strong attention to detail for managing financial records and data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes
Basic knowledge of fraud detection and prevention in fintech
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling funds
Problem-solving skills to resolve transaction-related issues quickly
