Key Requirements
2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IVR medical coding specifically in US Healthcare.
Mandatory CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or equivalent professional certification.
Proven ability to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology.
Proficiency in EMR systems and various medical coding software tools.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to work the fixed night shift timing of 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
Experience in preparing and processing insurance claims with accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Willingness to work on-site at the Sector 62, Noida office location.
