UC TESTER - AUDIO & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS @ RAPINNOTECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD
RapinnoTech Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled UC Tester specializing in Audio and Embedded Systems for an onsite position in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for validating enterprise audio and conferencing devices that integrate with major Unified Communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. You will ensure high-quality communication performance by testing hardware, software, and network environments, including call setup, teardown, and conferencing features. Additionally, you will validate audio endpoints, microphones, and conferencing devices for performance metrics like echo cancellation, noise suppression, and audio clarity. Your duties will also encompass testing embedded systems integrated with audio devices, managing system-level integration, and performing network protocol testing under various constraints. Key Requirements
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UC testing, VoIP, or audio device validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience testing UC platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Proficiency in validating SIP and RTP protocols and networking fundamentals.
Strong background in manual test case design and execution.
Ability to validate microphones, conferencing devices, and audio endpoints.
Experience testing embedded systems integrated with audio devices and firmware.
Expertise in troubleshooting audio clarity, latency, jitter, and echo cancellation.
Familiarity with system-level and integration testing across Windows and macOS.
Ability to perform regression and integration testing and log defects accurately.
