The Ramee Group of Hotels is hiring a Human Resources Executive for its Corporate Office located in Mumbai. This is a central role that supports the corporate HR team in implementing group-wide policies, managing senior-level executive documentation, and coordinating HR projects across various hotel properties. The candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the corporate database and ensuring consistent communication between the head office and individual hotel units.
You will be involved in corporate-level recruitment, assisting with the interviewing and selection of management-level staff. Additionally, you will support the corporate HR director in drafting policies, organizing group-wide training events, and managing corporate employee benefits. Key Requirements
Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Experience working within a corporate HR or head office setting.
Strong proficiency in English correspondence and report writing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in preparing HR analytics and dashboards.
Capability to interact effectively with senior management.
