SENIOR OFFICER – GENERAL PURCHASE @ RAJBY INDUSTRIES

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in procurement or general purchasing.
Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle or other advanced ERP systems for procurement tracking.
Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and industry best practices in vendor management.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
Proven ability to prepare detailed comparative statements (CS) and purchase orders (POs).
Capacity to source and evaluate vendors based on performance, quality, and delivery speed.
Coordination skills to work with internal departments to determine material requirements.
Ability to monitor stock levels accurately to avoid both shortages and overstock situations.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
