Key Requirements
Ph.D. or MD/MS in the relevant Ayurveda specialty with exceptional academic records.
At least 10 years of total teaching experience in a recognized Ayurveda college.
Recognized authority in Shalakya Tantra or Kriya Sharir clinical practice.
Experience as a Head of Department or in senior administrative roles within a university.
Extensive list of published research papers in national and international journals.
Strong ability to design and implement innovative clinical training modules.
Demonstrated experience in institutional accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Excellent mentorship skills for guiding doctoral and postgraduate candidates.
Capacity to handle large-scale academic seminars and medical conferences.
Proficiency in administrative software and institutional management systems.
