The core focus of this role encompasses a wide range of integrated marketing functions, including Product Launches, Content Creation, Community Management, Brand Collaborations, and Influencer Marketing. The ideal candidate must be a platform-native storyteller, fluent across major social channels such as TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta (FB + IG), Facebook Groups, Substack, Pinterest, and YouTube. Essential requirements include being a strategic, highly organized leader with strong expertise across the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and conversion to advocacy. The Manager will be responsible for connecting the dots across all relevant functions, including digital, social, influencer, retail, DTC, and PR.

Key Requirements

Platform-native storyteller fluent across all major social channels (TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta (FB + IG), Facebook Groups, Substack, Pinterest, and YouTube). Strategic and highly organized leadership capabilities. Strong marketing funnel expertise covering awareness to conversion to advocacy. Ability to connect marketing strategies across all functions (digital, social, influencer, retail, DTC, PR, etc.). Proven experience managing product launches and brand collaborations. Expertise in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for community management. Ability to build and scale internal teams and operational processes. Deep understanding of e-commerce brand scaling and growth strategies. Demonstrated experience in community engagement and management. Experience optimizing performance across social media channels to drive sales.
