R Systems is seeking a highly skilled 6sense ABM Marketing Specialist to join our Enterprise B2B demand generation team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by utilizing the 6sense platform to identify and prioritize accounts through sophisticated ICP modeling, tiering, and buying-stage signal analysis. The specialist will be responsible for activating intent-based insights across various channels, including paid media, email campaigns, and SDR motions, ensuring a seamless journey from lead generation to deal closure.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment based in Baner, Pune, supporting global operations during the 3 PM to 12 AM shift. You will be responsible for integrating 6sense data with major CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo to align sales and marketing workflows. By executing data-driven ABM plays and analyzing metrics such as engagement and pipeline influence, you will play a critical role in accelerating deal velocity and enhancing the overall marketing strategy for enterprise clients.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.
Proven, hands-on expertise specifically with the 6sense platform in an enterprise setting.
Strong background in Enterprise B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Deep understanding of intent data and how to activate it across buying stages.
Experience integrating marketing tools with Salesforce CRM for aligned workflows.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Ability to perform Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) modeling and account tiering.
Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel ABM plays based on account readiness.
Strong analytical skills to track performance across engagement and pipeline influence.
Willingness to work the 3 PM – 12 AM shift to accommodate business requirements.
Ability to work in a hybrid model located in Baner, Pune.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
