Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Technical Architecture.
Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and performance tuning.
Extensive experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other middleware.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer credentials.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of managing successful large-scale platform migrations.
Availability to join immediately or within a 10-day notice period.
