SERVICENOW BUSINESS ANALYST (4+ YEARS) @ QUANTUMSOFT INNOVATIONS
Quantumsoft Innovations is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business requirements and technical ServiceNow solutions. We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience who understands the intricacies of the ServiceNow platform and can translate complex needs into actionable plans. This remote position offers the chance to work on global projects and enterprise-level implementations within our fast-growing ServiceNow practice. You will join a team of experienced architects and developers dedicated to delivering excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, and create functional specifications for ServiceNow projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their pain points and ensure the delivered solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder training. We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst who is available to start within 10 days and who can thrive in a dynamic, remote-first environment supporting our operations in Pune, India.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically on ServiceNow projects.
Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops and interviews.
Experience in creating detailed user stories and functional requirements documents.
Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and other platform modules.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers.
Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and requirements management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on gap analysis and process design.
Availability to join within 10 days for this remote-based role.
