SERVICENOW BUSINESS ANALYST (4+ YEARS) @ QUANTUMSOFT INNOVATIONS
Your primary responsibility will be to lead requirements gathering sessions, document user stories, and create functional specifications for ServiceNow projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their pain points and ensure the delivered solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder training. We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst who is available to start within 10 days and who can thrive in a dynamic, remote-first environment supporting our operations in Pune, India.
