As an AMS Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Your role will involve monitoring platform performance, generating operational reports, and leading a team of support specialists. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to join a growing team immediately or within a 10-day notice period. This remote opportunity is based out of Pune, India.

Key Requirements

4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Application Managed Services (AMS). Demonstrated experience leading support teams in a professional environment. Deep understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows. Strong ability to manage and adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proficiency in generating ServiceNow reports and performance dashboards. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues. Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Thorough knowledge of the ITIL framework and support best practices. Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Willingness to work remotely and support global enterprise clients.
