CREATIVE LEAD / CREATIVE DIRECTOR @ QUANTENT FILMS
Quantent Films is seeking a dedicated Creative Lead or Creative Director to join our team on-site in Malad, Mumbai West. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end creative output, ensuring structure, consistency, and performance-driven results across all content projects. You will be responsible for leading the creative direction, refining scripts for maximum engagement, and overseeing the visual and editing quality of all final outputs. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience and a strong grasp of short-form content and AI-integrated workflows. You will collaborate closely with writers, editors, and creators to build scalable content formats and systems. This position requires a professional who can provide clear, actionable feedback and is committed to improving content performance over time through innovative storytelling and structured creative systems. Possible work location includes Malad within the Mumbai West region.
Key Requirements
3–6 years of professional experience in creative direction or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of short-form content platforms and audience engagement.
Sharp storytelling abilities and a deep sense for compelling content flow.
Ability to give clear, actionable, and constructive feedback to creative teams.
Proven experience managing creative work, writers, editors, and creators.
Detailed understanding of AI workflows and their application in content creation.
Familiarity with explainer content formats and visual communication strategies.
Proficiency in reviewing and improving scripts for hooks, flow, and clarity.
Ability to build and maintain scalable content formats and production systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative output and performance results.
