Key Requirements
A minimum of 6 months to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Proven ability to source and engage with high-quality candidates across various platforms.
Expertise in managing follow-ups and candidate relations throughout the hiring process.
In-depth understanding of VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and direct client requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective client interaction.
Excellent negotiation skills to handle offer discussions and closures.
Must be willing and able to work the night shift to align with US business hours.
Familiarity with various US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Knowledge of different US work authorization types including H1B, GC, and EAD.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
