As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for automation framework design, technical solutioning, and bridging the gap between quality assurance and development teams. Key Requirements
12–15 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
5–6+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
Demonstrated experience using GitHub Copilot for test automation tasks.
Proven expertise in Automation framework design and implementation.
Strong Playwright scripting and debugging capabilities.
Ability to perform comprehensive gap analysis and provide technical solutions.
Experience in guiding and mentoring both QA and Development teams.
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and methodologies.
Ability to join the organization immediately to meet urgent project timelines.
