DESIGN MOLD INJECTION PLASTIC STAFF @ PT BREXA RAYA INDONESIA
PT BREXA Raya Indonesia, formerly known as PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia, is currently seeking a skilled Design Mold Injection Plastic Staff to join our manufacturing operations in the GIIC industrial area of Cikarang. In this role, you will be a key part of the engineering team, focusing on the precision design and maintenance of plastic injection molds. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from IDR 6,480,000 to IDR 6,800,000, with overtime allowances paid additionally, providing a competitive compensation package for qualified candidates. Your primary responsibilities will involve the analysis of product designs for potential improvements and repairs, ensuring that all production components meet the high-quality benchmarks of our manufacturing standards. You will be expected to create comprehensive 2D and 3D design drawings and provide technical support during trial mold phases. Candidates must possess a minimum D3 education, have experience with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers, and demonstrate a deep understanding of mold defect troubleshooting. Fluency in English and the ability to read complex mold drawings are essential for success in this professional environment.
Key Requirements
Able to communicate in English effectively.
Background education minimum of D3 level.
Analyze product designs for improvement and repair.
Proven working experience creating 2D and 3D design drawings.
Deep understanding of injection mold structure.
Understanding of mold defect troubleshooting.
Able to use measuring tools such as caliper, micrometer, and dial gauge.
Proficient in reading mold drawings accurately.
Working experience as Design Mold Injection Staff in a manufacturing industry.
Ability to support trial mold drawings and design improvements.
Must be detail-oriented and adhere to company standards.
