PT. APM Armada Autoparts is seeking a responsible and proactive General Affair (GA) Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting daily operational activities, overseeing office administration, and managing facilities to ensure that business operations run without interruption. The position is offered as a contract role with a significant opportunity to transition into a permanent employee based on performance and company needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office assets and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repair schedules, and liaising with external vendors and service providers. Additionally, you will support internal company events, handle travel arrangements, and ensure that all office procedures comply with established company policies. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards of office organization and cleanliness while providing excellent administrative support.

Key Requirements

Minimum Diploma degree in any relevant field. Minimum 1–2 years experience as GA Staff or similar role. Familiar with office administration and facility management. Good communication and coordination skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage office facilities, assets, and inventory effectively. Experience in coordinating office maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs. Proven ability to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Capacity to handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
