SENIOR FLUTTER ENGINEER @ PSYCHPLUS
PsychPlus is looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to build high-performance mobile apps that improve access to mental health care. This is a remote position based in Pakistan, requiring a commitment to the 1 PM – 10 PM (PKT) shift. The role involves developing innovative mobile solutions that directly impact mental health accessibility, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience for patients and providers alike. The monthly budget for this role ranges from $1800 to $2600.

Key Requirements
5+ years of professional Flutter development experience using Dart.
Expertise in mobile architecture patterns, specifically BLoC or MVVM.
Extensive experience with REST APIs and performance optimization techniques.
Deep knowledge of clean coding practices, debugging, and software quality assurance.
Practical experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
Willingness and ability to work the 1 PM – 10 PM (PKT) shift.
Strong understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle.
Ability to build and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in UI/UX implementation.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote team setting.
