SENIOR FLUTTER ENGINEER @ PSYCHPLUS
PsychPlus is looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to build high-performance mobile apps that improve access to mental health care. This remote position based in Pakistan involves working on critical mobile architecture using BLoC or MVVM patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases. The successful candidate will focus on performance optimization, debugging, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process. The role follows a shift from 1 PM to 10 PM PKT to align with organizational needs. The budget for this position is between $1800 and $2600 per month. Key Requirements
5+ years of professional experience with Flutter development.
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC or MVVM.
Extensive experience with REST APIs and integration with mobile frontends.
Proven track record in mobile app performance optimization and profiling.
Solid knowledge of clean coding principles and architectural best practices.
Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Ability to work the scheduled shift of 1 PM to 10 PM PKT.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Experience building healthcare or medical-related mobile software is preferred.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
