SENIOR FLUTTER DEVELOPER @ PSYCHPLUS
PsychPlus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and performance. Your expertise in Dart and Flutter will be crucial in building scalable and efficient codebases while ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
As a senior member of the technical team, you will also play a key role in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews to maintain high standards. You will be expected to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve functionality. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within our distributed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for mobile app architecture.

Key Requirements
5+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart frameworks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and state management solutions.
Proficiency in integrating and working with RESTful APIs.
Experience with Git or other modern version control systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
