HOME LOAN (HL) / LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY (LAP) SALES - 20 POSITIONS @ PRODIGY
Prodigy is currently looking for dedicated professionals for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) roles within the Prime Segment. The organization has multiple openings in Delhi and the Delhi-NCR area, specifically seeking candidates for both Team Handling roles and Individual Contributor roles within the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Channel. There are a total of 20 positions available, with 10 focused on Open Market/Team Handling and 10 focused on Individual Contribution via DSA channels. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving HL/LAP business through aggressive open market sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents. The roles involve achieving monthly sales targets, expanding market presence, and, for managerial positions, leading teams to high performance. The compensation for these roles is attractive, offering up to ₹12 LPA. Key Requirements
Relevant experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
A strong network in open market sourcing within the Delhi-NCR region.
Demonstrated experience in managing and strengthening DSA channel relationships.
Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills for team handling roles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
