Key Requirements
10-15 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in Real Estate law.
Possession of a substantial book of business or existing client portfolio.
Proven track record of success in a prestigious law firm environment.
Expertise in handling complex real estate transactions and documentation.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes legal matters.
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university.
Active membership and good standing with the relevant Bar Council.
