BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST @ PRISMTECK
PrismTeck is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our global team on a full-time, remote basis. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic B2B lead generation, comprehensive market research, and active cold outreach via phone and email. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying potential clients using professional tools like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and will be responsible for scheduling high-quality meetings for the broader Business Development team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and market research
Strong ability to conduct cold outreach through calls and emails
Proficiency in identifying potential clients using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
Demonstrated ability to schedule meetings for a sales or development team
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Possession of a personal laptop with high-speed internet (25 Mbps or higher)
Availability of a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads
Ability to collaborate on professional proposals and client presentations
