Key Requirements
Minimum educational qualification of 10+2.
Prior experience in sales or tele-calling is a plus.
Maximum age limit of 30 years.
Fluent in English and local languages spoken in Mumbai.
Strong phone etiquette and listening skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls.
Resilient attitude with a focus on achieving daily call targets.
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
