Key Requirements
Minimum educational qualification of 10+2.
At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in finance or insurance.
Maximum age limit of 30 years.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships virtually.
High energy and a proactive approach to tele-sales.
Understanding of insurance products and brokerage structures.
Comfortable working with digital sales platforms and CRM software.
Ability to meet performance-based targets and incentives.
Clear and effective communication skills.
