Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Residential Installer or in a similar construction/renovation role.
Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools required for residential installations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and residential clients.
